We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team in New Orleans. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of high-quality events, ensuring that every detail reflects the excellence Elevare Branding is known for.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and executing corporate and private events from start to finish.
Support event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and smooth event operations.
Assist with on-site event setup, management, and post-event follow-up.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all events.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Competitive salary: $49,000 – $52,000 per year
