Job Description

Our Tampa established client in healthcare is expanding the Physician Recruiting team.

About the Role

As a Physician Recruiter, your efforts and strategy will be valued and relied on for provider recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process for physicians and providers.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Developing and executing strategic recruitment plans.
  • Collaborating with external recruiters and sourcing partners.
  • Analyzing hiring trends and implementing effective retention strategies.
  • Representing our organization at conferences, job fairs, and recruitment events.
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR or a related field).
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Over four years of high-volume HR recruiting experience.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and candidate tracking tools.
