Role Description

Machaon Position Title:  Salesforce Database Specialist

Position Summary:  The Salesforce Database Specialist is responsible for expanding our client and prospective client Salesforce database. This role requires end-user expertise in Salesforce’s CRM and database management, ensuring that lead, account and contact segmentation are consistently applied. Proficiency in bulk contact, e-mail bounce analytics and database import is required. The Salesforce Database Specialist must align all database goals with the department and organization's goals.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce CRM Account and Contact database expansion, cleansing and analytics

2. Salesforce CRM Lead database expansion, cleansing, segmentation and analytics

3. Salesforce Account, Contact and Lead segmentation management

4. Use of multiple AI models for identifying reliable database leads

5. Training of AI models to identify reliable database leads

6. Zero e-mail bounce analytics and database scrubbing

7. Use of AI models to extract leads from Zymwire, ZoomInfo, PubMed, Google and other platforms 

8. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for the VP of Sales

9. Ensure timely execution of all database activities

10. Use data to refine strategies and improve results

11. Perform other related tasks and projects assigned

12. Follow procedures, protocols, and policies of Machaon

Experience Requirements:

· Must have 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce databases

· Must have 2+ years of experience performing e-mail database analytics

· Must have 1+ years of experience in bounce rate analytics of e-mail marketing

· Salesforce CRM certification preferred

· Limited script and code writing preferred

· Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

· Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, enthusiasm, and initiative daily

· Attention to detail is critical and ability to take initiative

· Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in database management, computer science, marketing analytics or eMarketing preferred.
